Hi, I am Sofia Kakkava
My mission is to help you build the kind of business that supports your freedom, fulfills your purpose, and pays you abundantly.
I’ve always been fascinated by people, why we think, feel, and make decisions the way we do. That’s what led me to get a BSc in Psychology, earn a Master’s in Executive Coaching, and later an MBA.
But truthfully, no degree prepared me for the kind of growth that comes from starting over.
Early in my career, I was told that I looked “too cute to be taken seriously.”
So I worked harder than anyone I knew, climbed the ladder fast, became Head of HR, bought the house, and hit six figures.
Check. Check. Check.
And yet… I was exhausted, disconnected, constantly proving my worth to people who didn’t even know my name.
Then life forced me to stop.
Health issues, burnout, losing my job during COVID, it all came crashing down.
That was the moment I decided to rebuild success on my own terms.
I said no to what wasn’t aligned, yes to freedom, and turned everything I knew about leadership, psychology, and business into the foundation of my coaching brand.
Now I help coaches, entrepreneurs, and freedom-driven humans do the same, build 6-figure businesses that feel like them, not cages disguised as success.
Because money was never the goal.
