The Coach the Coach™ Pathway
Phase 1 - Foundations: Becoming a Professional Coach
You’ll learn what coaching really is (and isn’t), the ethics, boundaries, and mindset of a professional coach.
You’ll start building your presence and identity as a coach from day one.
Phase 2 - Core Skills & Coaching Conversations
You’ll dive into the fundamental coaching skills:
listening, presence, questioning, reframing, goals, accountability, and creating safety.
Phase 3 - Methodologies, Models & Psychology
You’ll learn and apply key models like GROW, NLP tools, GAPS, and structured session frameworks, integrating them into your own coaching style so your sessions feel anchored, not improvised.
Phase 4 - Coaching Business Blueprint
Coaching is a craft and a business.
In this phase you’ll work on:

Your coaching client lifecycle (from first contact to renewal/referral)

Your coaching brand, services, and pricing packages
