Create a well balanced diet which is the core of wellness and healthy life. Consume a variety of foods from all the food groups to get a range of nutrients. They will provide energy throughout the day. Opt for fresh fruits and vegetables, especially nutrient-dense dark, leafy greens and broccoli.

3 - Sleep 7 to 8 hours every night

Prioritizing sleep is one of the best things you can do to set yourself up for a successful, energized day. Plus, sleep is an important factor of good health. Create a specific sleep routine and be consistent.

4 - Practice positive affirmations daily

Neuroscientists have mentioned how beneficial are the affirmations for the brain. By adding positive affirmations in your daily routine you will see your confidence and energy increasing. Reprogram your subconscious to think more positively.
